The Hostile Kitchen

The scorching fire on the stove gets ignited and a huge light blue flame flickers. The frostbiting refrigerator radiates a cold chattering, shivering draft of cold air. The sound of the sleek huge, sharp blade slashing away at the poor, unfortunate vegetable is deafening. The steam lost in the huge room has nowhere to go, hence forth, stays suffocating the living creatures in the room. The dishes getting a squeaky clean bath are not enjoying it since the never ending flow of water is terribly cold.
The pesky cockroaches, hiding like cowards from the light, among the boxes, munching away at a crumb of bread for they are starved and ravenous. The burnt rice separated from the rest of the food laid at the table waiting desperately for someone to eat it up. The noisy flies, buzzing, humming and hovering over the food. The only food laid out is spicy. The ants are aware and keep their distance. The moths not hungry but searching for light swarm near a tube light.
